Hey!Me and my flatmate are looking for a new flatmate! After several months, our dear third (female) flatmate is moving out, so we have a room available in our shared house as of May 1st. The room is spacious and bright in the morning (well, depending on dutch weather). We will be sharing the toilet/bathroom/living room & kitchen. As you can see, the living room is equipped with a large TV. We are looking for a person with the following qualities:- Working, or otherwise able to show that the rent is easily affordable- Will stay for at least six months (registration is possible and you will have a subletting agreement)- Someone who intentionally chooses for shared living- Clean and tidy (very, very important!), responsible (doing your share of housework) and communicative. Costs:* 650 euro a month * There will be a utilities (water tax) payment for the year 2024, it is about 240€ euro one time payment. (the outgoing flatmate has paid the sum for the enitre year alread, so the relevant amount will be transfered to her). * Deposit: 550€* Our departing housemate wants to sell furniture in the room and the house for 740 euros. Location is in Rijndijkstraat Leiden. (Bus stops: Burggravenlaan; Wilhelminabrug) It’s 10-15 mins by bike to Leiden Central Station and a 20 minute walk into the centre of Leiden.
