Hello lovely people!Are you sick of the Amsterdam property market madness? Do you just want a nice room in a well-located apartment? Do you like warm hugs? Well, look no further! We are searching for a new roommate to join us in a spacious 25m2 room (working, min. 25 years, female, and planning on staying indefinitely in Amsterdam). Location is great (Rivierenbuurt)! Everything is close by, there is accessible public transport nearby, and the Pijp is within walking distance. You will live with three other working girls with the ages of 25 (x2) and 35. We enjoy having dinner together and hanging out when it's convenient, but everyone has their own schedule and does their thing. Cosy cat Teun also lives in the flat. The room is available from the 1st of June! The apartment is furnished and fully equipped, however the room is not. The apartment is 105m2, with a South-facing balcony (where we grow flowers and vegetables!), a shower and a separate, luxurious bath, a living room/dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The rent is 798,40 EUR, all fees included (gas, electricity, water, wifi). Registration is of course possible!Are you interested? Send us a message!
