Hi to everyone! Four master's students here looking for a new roommate because one of us is leaving. We are looking for a neat, quiet worker or student to live with us. The available room is on the second floor and is between 13 and 15 m2. It is airy and big. The apartment is perfectly placed 10 minutes from the Tilburg University Campus and 15 minutes from the city center, both of which are tranquil areas. Bus stations are about a 5-minute walk away for individuals who would rather take public transit. Alternatively, there's a safe shed for storing bikes if you like to ride. Our apartment has a large, bright living room, a bathroom, and a fully functional kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and gas stove. Additionally, the monthly rent for the room is 615 EUR, utilities not included. Beginning on May 1st, the room will be available for a minimum of six months to one year, with the option to extend the agreement. It is also possible to register in municipality.
