hi everyone, as my roommate is moving out, i am now looking for a new flatmate starting from may 7th. the apartment: the apartment is located very central, just 2 minutes from the blaak tram/metro/train station and is located in the 5th floor of the building. it has a very spacious living room of about 30m2 as well as a very modern and spacious kitchen. the room: the room is about 10m² big and comes with a bed, wardrobe and table. the chair in the picture wont be available. as the room is not the biggest, be sure that the shared livingroom offers more additional space for you as well! i am really open with you using it for music, hobbies or whatever you need space for. about me: i’m michi, 25 years old and will study my master’s programme media, culture and society at the eur until july 2025. i also work part time for an amsterdam-based it company in marketing. besides that, i dj and i’m involved in a collective hosting techno parties in rotterdam. i’m also spinning some records at home quite often, but be sure that it’s isolated well enough so it won’t bother you in your room. i would describe myself as an open, clean, structured and easy going person. about you: since i already lived in shared apartments for some time, i am looking for someone who is at least 21 years old and has experience with shared living. would be cool to do some stuff like cooking or having an chill evening together, but i also respect your own time, since i also like to be on my own, too. looking forward to your message!michi
