Room Stroveer

Hi there!We are an international house (students) and since one of our roommates is leaving we are looking for someone calm and tidy to populate the room available. The house located in the city center in a very safe neighborhood close to public transport such as the bus, the central station(train) and the metro/subway. The house is about 20 minutes from the University (by Public transport or by bike, it is about the same travelling time) . The house has: Wi-Fi, a relatively big bathroom, washing machine, dryer, a relatively big kitchen. The room is unfurnished! However the girl who has left the room would like to sell all the furniture on the pictures for 300€ (a 200cmx140cm bed with drawers and a mattress, shelf, hanger, curtains and other accessories)The house is populated by 3 internationals and 1 local in ages between 22 and 29, the spoken language is English and the atmosphere is good and pretty calm. The price for the room is €420, - all inclusive (so that means electricity, water and Wi-Fi included). The deposit is €420, - as well but when you leave you will receive the sum if you have not damaged the house. Are you interested in the room?
