Since I am leaving, there would be a room available in a 3 bedroom appartement. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, you will be living in the largest one. The house has a spacious living room with a nice couch and a TV. There is a single toilet, and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a combi microwave. There are also a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment. The apartment is located in the city center, at a walking distance from Jumbo and Albert Heijn. The central station is at a distance of 8 minutes on foot, and the University of Twente is at a distance of 15 minutes by bike. The room you will be renting isn't furnished, but I can sell you the furniture for a nice price. The rent is 463 per month plus 65 on utilities(Electricity, Water and, WIFI).
