Voor Nederlandse omschrijving en aanvullende informatie neem ik contact met u op met de verhuurder. 1 Room in a shared apartment with up to maximum of 4 tenants. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. There is a basment, kitchen, toilet and a bath. The common area (kitchen) has a stove, 2 small fridges (1 for 2 tenants), boiler and a few cabinets. There is also a washing machine between the kitchen and the bath. The room is facing East and has provided shade by a tree. The room comes with floor, wardrobe, a small chair and lights. There are 3 sockets in the room. Only 1 window can be open. Internet is about 100mb/s. The router is in the next room. *The first few pictures are with my bed and desk so you can have a rough understanding of the room size. The bed is 2 meters long. *I am the current tenant and I am looking for a replacement, if you want to view the room or talk with the landlord I can do that for you.
