Room Van Hasseltlaan

Hello there! I am currently looking for two people who are interested in renting a place at van Hasseltlaan by the end of May. The living arrangement involves two separate rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. One person will be my long-term roommate who plans on staying for at least a year, while the other person will be subletting my room from July 1st to the end of January. The price for each of the rent is 430 euros, however, with housing benefits, it can be reduced to around 310 euros. The person who is staying long-term as my roommate would pay a one-time additional 150 euros for the floor, curtains, and kitchen appliances, such as the fridge, shelving, and bin. On the other hand, the person who is subletting my room would have to pay a deposit of one month's rent (430 euros) for the furniture. The rooms are preferably for clean, female Master's students who do not engage in any parties in their rooms.
