Hello ladies and gentlemen looking for a room, As of December 1, a room will become available on the third floor in the apartment complex at Mr. P.J. Troelstralaan in Assen. The apartment is located near the center of Assen with supermarkets and many other shops within walking distance and a pizzeria right next to the general entrance of the complex. The station is about 10 minutes by bike. The apartment has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and in the summer we can also sit on the balcony. The apartment has just been renovated, so you will find yourself in a nice, fresh and clean house! The room is carpeted and approximately 15m2. The rent is €575 per month including water, electricity and internet. Furthermore, we have completely gotten rid of gas. You share the apartment with me (22, f) and I am looking for a roommate who lives a relaxed life, does not make too much noise and helps to keep our house a bit tidy. No smokers.
