fully serviced studio in trendy amsterdam south, stone’s throw to the vondelpark, on a traditional dutch canal description welcome to our new house with the roses studios! decorated with a modern flair and bringing you all the comforts of home. no detail has been missed in this lovely renovation. living here is hassle-free, we look after cleaning, bed changing and all the bills. you just move in and out as your work or life dictates. there is a 3 month minimum stay. location - in trendy amsterdam south, the favourite expats area, close to shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants - two minutes walk to tram 2 which takes you in 10 mins to the city centre - two tram stops away from the metro which takes you quickly to the business district in amsterdam zuid oost - ten minutes by taxi from schiphol airport, 30 minutes by bus - one minute to the lively vondelpark - ten minutes by bus to the world trade centre and business district features - fully equipped kitchen - feature gas fire with flames - double bed - bright bathrooms with walk-in shower - wireless high speed internet - ironing board and iron - flatscreen tv - washing machine and dryer (shared with two other studios) price is 1450 euro per month including the service costs - the deposit is € 500, - of which € 100, - is used when you check-out to clean the room - there are no agency fees as we own the property.  so when you check in you pay only the first month’s rent, plus the € 500, - deposit service costs are 150 euro per month - provision of bed linen and weekly bed linen changing - weekly housekeeping to a high standard - janitor service for light bulbs and all repairs - wireless high speed internet connection and usage - check in with local maps so you know the best places to shop and eat out in the area - filling of your fridge with all the basics so you wake up on your first morning to a good breakfast - ironing service available on request. smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
